Effective March 3rd, 2015, Wal Mart will convert the violation rating of Orange Fire Safety -Corrective Action Plan (OFSCAP) to an Orange or Yellow rating according to the severity of findings in the assessment. 

从2015/3/3 起，WM 将根据审核时发现的问题点的严重程度来决定把整改计划（消防安全橙灯的整改计划） 最终转换成橙灯或黄灯的结果。

只要是消防橙灯问题，直接橙灯，不会有转黄灯的机会。

After this conversion, Orange ratings that used to be OFS-CAP ratings will be counted towards a factory’s Orange count.  Fire Safety violations currently assessed with an Orange Fire Safety-2 (OFS-2) rating will remain as OFS-2 until further notice:

经过转换过后，曾经是消防安全橙灯的整改计划的结果将计入橙灯数。消防安全违规被评为消防安全的整改计划-2的目前仍维持消防安全橙灯-2，直到进一步通知： 
 
Per our normal protocol, any factory that accumulates three Orange ratings within a two year period will be placed in Red-Disapproved status for one year. No new orders can be placed with a factory in Red-Disapproved status.

根据政策常规，任何工厂在两年内取得3个橙灯厂将被纳入红色-冻结 状态一年。在该状态，工厂不能接新单。
 
After the one-year Red-Disapproved period, a factory may apply for a re-audit. The factory is eligible to be considered for new orders if the re-audit assessment results in a Green or Yellow rating. If the re-audit assessment results in an Orange rating, the factory remains in Red-Disapproved status for another year.
 
一年后，红色-冻结的工厂可以申请重验。工厂需在重新审核中取得绿灯或黄灯的结果才能接新单。如果重新审核结果仍为橙灯，工厂将再被保留为红色-冻结状态一年。
